I'm a Product Designer with a background in Computer Science.
I'm breaking down complex systems, shaping my role as OpenGov's first Design Engineer, and exploring how designers can adopt AI tools without sacrificing their creativity and craft.
At OpenGov, I streamlined booking an inspection using AI automations, so US cities wouldn't need to hire dedicated schedulers.

This resulted in:
- A simplified flow with 10-15 less required clicks
- OpenGov winning back 20+ customers

At Kibo Software, I turned dense and confusing website analytics into a simpler visual flow.

This resulted in:
- an improved user experience making it easier to draw insights
- 400+ customers adopting the feature
I made a difficult topic like the Death Penalty more approachable by turning 50+ years of complex data and trends into impactful human stories.
My work increased site engagement, supporting the Death Penalty Information Center— a leading national non-profit —in securing critical funding to maintain its position as the top source for unbiased death penalty information in the U.S.
In 2020, I worked with 3 developers to build a virtual yearbook which helped our graduating peers feel less isolated during the pandemic.

It gained 1000+ users across 2 universities in 2 months.
